The work is not easy, nor is it always rewarding. The girls have many needs, many problems. But God gives us the grace we need to meet these needs, and care for the problems. In addition to personal work, there are also needs that come along with having a building and providing for this many people practically. If you believe the Lord is directing you to this work, pray diligently about it and seek the advice and input from your local elders.
